Janicki Industries is an innovative, family-owned aerospace company located at the foot of the Cascades. We focus on engineering and manufacturing complex projects for companies in the aerospace, defense, and space industries. We are looking for a IT Endpoint Administrator to join our growing team.

This position is located on-site in Sedro-Woolley, WA. 

POSITION DESCRIPTION 

Maintains and improves the functionality and security of computers, phones, and other endpoint devices. Uses Microsoft Intune and supporting tools to optimize the technological workflow at Janicki.

The following essential job functions are performed as an IT Endpoint Administrator:

  • Administer Microsoft Intune to manage and secure corporate endpoints
  • Create, test, and maintain policies, configurations, and patches on varied targets
  • Investigate and remediate monitored and reported issues
  • Provide friendly support for enrollment, deployment, and troubleshooting experiences
  • Create and maintain reporting for audits and leadership review
  • Learn and administer other products as needed to supplement the endpoint experience
  • Ensure data security in accordance with NIST guidelines
  • Coordinate across the company to resolve issues and achieve technical goals
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing
  • Collaborate with teammates to identify and resolve complex technical problems
  • Foster a friendly and collaborative team environment focused on sharing knowledge
  • Participate in departmental week-long on-call rotation for production emergencies
  •           Share after-hours maintenance and emergency duties with teammates
  • Manage and meet competing priorities and deadlines

The systems group has three levels of competency to be determined by experience, performance, ownership, certifications, and supervisor discretion.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3).
  • This position may require the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).  Janicki will assist with gaining this access once employed. Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position and requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 

  • Associate degree required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years ownership of Microsoft Intune environments
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Must have experience administering a wide range of IT infrastructure items, such as computer hardware, storage hardware, virtual networking, virtualization technologies, server configuration, enterprise security, automation, cloud architecture, etc. and have expert knowledge in at least one of these areas
  • Active Security+ or equivalent DoDD 8570 certification preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

  • Salary range for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts. The range provided is Janicki’s estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities
